NiNi is finally 20 lbs!! I installed the front-facing carseat today; it was a shower gift from my awesome coworkers this past summer! :-)
NiNi loves facing forward! She looks out the window, sings with the radio, and enjoys the cupholder. She feels like quite the big girl, I think! :-)
1 year ago today, I received TA- travel approval! Things moved quickly from here; Gotcha Day was 3 weeks from TA. 2/15 was also my Grandma's birthday; I always think of her, wonder if she checks in on my life every so often. I am very thankful that NiNi and my Mom share such a special connection. It reminds me of how close I was to my grandma.
Yeah! Such a big girl! We'll put that old carseat to good use...soon. I hope.
